The order of your business apps in a group determines how they are displayed on the Workplace of your colleagues. Ideally, sort the business apps by frequency of use.

How to move a business app in a group:

1. Log in to your workplace:

2. Click on Administration in the navigation

3. Here you can see all your existing groups in the company and manage them. Select the relevant group and click on Show details


4. The User group tab is active by default in the group. Change the tab to Applications by clicking Applications


5. Select the business app you want to move and move it via Drag’n’Drop. Hold down the left mouse button over the Business App and move it to the desired position while holding down the left mouse button.

6. Release the left mouse button at the desired position. The Business App is now saved at its new position.

That’s it – you moved a business app in a group 😎
